As these services require immediate allocation of resources, planning, and processing upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.


2. Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, it cannot be cancelled.

Work on your order, or the internal processes required to deliver the purchased service, begins immediately after payment. Therefore, cancellation requests submitted after payment cannot be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

As our Services are digital in nature and begin processing immediately after payment confirmation, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

For Resume Referral Services, purchasing the service does not guarantee interviews, referrals, recruiter responses, or job placement. The service is limited to facilitating the distribution of your resume as described on our Website.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Although refunds are generally not available, we may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, including:

  • Accidental duplicate payments for the same order.
  • Multiple charges resulting from a payment processing error.
  • Failure to deliver the purchased service due solely to an error on our part.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.


5. Order Modifications

If you need to update information such as your resume, contact details, or other documents after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests where the stage of service delivery permits. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once work has progressed.


6. Processing Time

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated within 7 business days of approval.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer, and is outside our control.
